Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Lamp Shade.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help you.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  Send returns to: The Lamp Shade, attn: RETURNS, 990 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43201.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (shades must be wrapped in original cellophane) and in the same condition that you received it.  Lamps must be in original packaging.

Please include a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.  Also include your name, address  and phone number with your return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it.  We will promptly notify you when your return has been received and inspected.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.  You will receive credit (item price plus tax if applicable) within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping your return.  All shipping costs are non-refundable.  When you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
